Refund/exchanges: Item(s) must be returned to our store or sent back to us in the same condition you received it within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you.

Please remember that this is handmade work. This means that my measurements can be off by 1/2" or so, even though I am pretty accurate. Sometimes the colors vary in person then portrayed on your screen, or they vary with glaze calculations or kiln temperament. Sometimes a small pinhole or tiny crack may appear in the glaze. This all adds to the beauty of the pottery you are buying and does not affect its usefulness.

Damaged Items: We will gladly accept the return of any merchandise that may have been damaged during shipping. Any item damaged from use, general wear and tear, we do not accept. All items must be returned in showroom condition.
